Losing a battle doesn't mean you've lost the war.

KEEP FIGHTING.

Resources

There are plenty of doctors, psychologists, and organizations that are here to help. Some are just there to listen and some will have suggestions.

Some things to try:

  • Friends and Family

  • Depression Clinics

  • University Health Services

  • Support Groups

  • Help Line to call or text

  • Search Online (with caution)

  • Specific to certain groups

    • (veterans, LGBT, children/teens, etc.)

There is ALWAYS something new to try.

This page, and our Home4Hope fb page, provides lists of tips and resources.

Here are some other organizations worth looking into. If you have more information to share, or if you have any questions, please reach out to us.
