Wellness Navigation - Online Workshop
COMING SOON
Start with how you are feeling now and navigate through valuable tips and resources to help guide you along your journey, meeting you where you are right now.
Interactive Support Groups
Open to anyone and everyone, we will start with a short ice-breaker activity, such as sharing 2 highlights and a challenge (spinoff of 2 truths and a lie). Then we can break into smaller sessions so everyone has time to talk out their struggles in an open and judgement-free space. If you do not feel ready to talk, you can just listen. But remember, anything that is said in these meetings are 100% confidential and cannot be repeated.
